I grew up in a small family restaurant, where I learned early that business isn’t just about numbers. Don’t get me wrong—research, data, and metrics matter. They’re an important part of the equation. But they aren’t the only part, and in many cases, they aren’t the most important. Business is about people, purpose, dedication, and quality work. True success comes from connection and doing good work the right way. Those early lessons—hard work, community, and service—became the foundation for how I lead today.

From watching my parents treat employees like family and greet guests by name to helping scale our family business through long hours and genuine relationships, I discovered what drives me most: helping people and their dreams grow with intention.
